As the Head Endurance Coach at Pursuit Fitness and Sports Performance, I bring over two decades of experience in fitness, endurance sports and coaching, with a deep commitment to helping men over 40 rediscover their strength, vitality, and purpose. My journey began as a college football player at Boston University, where I played on a NCAA Division I athletic scholarship. After transitioning from the football field to endurance sports, I've completed 37 Spartan races (and counting), earning 7 podium finishes and qualifying for the U.S. Masters national men’s team.At Pursuit, I specialize in crafting personalized training programs that integrate running for strength and strength training for runners, ensuring a balanced approach that optimizes both speed and power. But my focus goes beyond just physical training. I also emphasize the critical roles of nutrition, sleep, and recovery in achieving peak performance. I work closely with my clients to build their physical endurance, while also guiding them in optimizing their nutrition, improving their sleep quality, and prioritizing recovery. This holistic approach is designed to develop the mental toughness needed to overcome life’s challenges, especially as we age. My goal is to guide men over 40 in reclaiming their physical and mental resilience, helping them to not only meet but exceed their fitness goals.
