Hi! I am a strength coach and a powerlifter. I focus of functional movement, strength/hypertrophy, and powerlifting. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals!
Get To Know Coach
I started working out my sophomore year of high school because of cheerleading. I found that being strong was a good thing. I went on to collage for Acrobatics and Tumbling while competing in powerlifting. I secured a national squat record and 7 state records since. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Exercises Science. I found Pursuit just by looking for gyms near me. I was tired of weirdos telling me how strong I was “for a girl”, and making weird remarks. Once I met Zack I knew this was the place! The community makes you feel loved. I wanted to be apart of this. Now we are moving to Pursuit 2.0!
A fun fact about me is I can squat 2.5x my body weight (soon to be more). After learning about the benefits of weightlifting I strive to teach others the importance.
Purpose & Pursuit
My goal with my clients is to make them confident, strong, and active. Each person is different and I look at what we need to do to achieve that. Making the gym a fun, comfortable community is most important.
