I grew up in Denmark where I practiced competitive gymnastics up until I started college where I was introduced to CrossFit. In 2013 I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Copenhagen. After college, I obtained my CrossFit L2 and spent 8 years coaching CrossFit, during which I pursued further education in nutrition to become a certified Nutrition Coach. During this time, I also competed and qualified for the CrossFit Games Regionals as an individual in 2017 and 2018. Over the years my personal focus has expanded from optimizing physique and performance as an athlete, to also optimizing diet and recreational fitness during my pregnancy, postpartum, and now, life as a busy mom. These learning experiences have given me more perspective and compassion to better assist others in their pursuit of dietary changes and body transformations. I have always loved in-person coaching and being part of the unique community that you only find at a great gym like Pursuit.
Through my years as a trainer and nutrition coach, I have witnessed the fitness industry become saturated with nonsense and so-called experts, spreading confusing and often contradicting information. It is my mission to cut through the noise and provide you with a straight-forward, evidence based approach to training and nutrition so you can crush your goals and learn how to maintain your results long term.
