My mission is to equip individuals with the necessary tools and skills to truly understand their body, achieve nutritional sustainability, and ultimately dominate their health and fitness goals. I am not here to toss you on a meal plan and call it a day. Want to know why? It doesn’t teach you anything. Sure, that might get you some results in the short-term, but what happens when you quit that meal plan? Did you learn anything? Or were you so dependent on it that you end up right back where you started?

If you do not commit to learning and building a sound foundation of knowledge, then you will be caught in a constant cycle of frustration that always leaves you chasing your tail in search of the next best thing.

The reality is, nutrition does not need to be that complex. However, over the years, the media has made it extremely difficult with new gimmicks, fads and trends popping up every single day. Want to know a secret? Majority of it is complete garbage and a waste of money. I know this because I’ve done it, I’ve tried it all.

I spent years dabbling with the newest diets and whatever the sexiest products on the market were at the time. I developed an awful relationship with my food, the gym, and my body. I was living in constant fear that if I did not workout or eat super “healthy” every day that I would get fat and lose all of my progress. I was a cardio queen and exercise freak, training for multiple hours a day, twice a day. Looking back, I don’t know how I did it. This unhealthy obsessive behavior stripped me of any joy associated with nutrition and fitness that I once had. It wasn’t fun anymore. As a result, I developed a thyroid disorder that rocked my world. I gained over 20lbs in one month and was mentally at my lowest. This was one of the most pivotal moments in my journey. I was sick of the bullshit and chasing the instant gratification. I knew that I needed a massive change and mentality switch.

I committed to truly learning and understanding how the human body works. With over 8 years of nutrition education and 12 years of experience in the industry, I am still a student and I always will be. There are infinite new things to learn and ways to improve. It is that mentality that separates those who succeed with their goals and those who do not. The fact is that this shit takes time and patience. That’s the unspoken advice that the diet industry doesn’t talk about because it’s not sexy enough.

My goal is to educate and support you to success in your own journey. I want you to be successful. I want you to feel empowered and autonomous. I want you to be confident. I want you to be inspired and supported. I want you to be the best version of yourself. I want you to live your happiest, healthiest life. And I want you to know that you CAN eat pizza and still have the body of your dreams.
