I’m a mom, wife, athlete, coach, competitor, and goal-crusher. After walking into Pursuit in 2020 I never could have imagined how much it would change my life. Right away, I fell in love with this community. I loved being a part of something bigger than myself, and I realized that I had the drive to help others see their true potential through training.

My journey with strength and fitness has ebbed and flowed for many years. From very early on, my love of sports & competition was evident; I tried absolutely any sport they would let me. At 14, I qualified and competed in the Junior Olympics for Track & Field. In high school, my track career led me to become a state champion hurdler and a member of two championship relay teams. I also competed on my high school gymnastics team, helping to secure a championship title all 4 years I was involved. After high school, I trained with the Track & Field team at Montana State University before transferring to the University of Alaska.
As I got older, being a wife & mother, work, and often just life took precedence over my health. Ten years ago after moving to Colorado, I decided to change that and make fitness and nutrition a priority. Making small but steady progress over several years with nutrition and cardio training it became clear as I got older, that I was going to have to get back to strength training. After making the switch in 2018, I haven't looked back. Seeing the changes in myself through this journey has made me very passionate about helping others. Age is just a number and knowing I can have a positive impact on someone’s life through fitness & training really kickstarted this new chapter.
