CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

I am a Colorado native who is lived all over the Northern Colorado area. I have played sports and been involved with extracurricular activities my entire life. A lot of people know that football was my main sport all throughout high school and some college. But what people are still finding out is that I used to do competitive dance in every style of dance.

Pursuit Headshots & Lifestyle

My fitness journey started getting more serious late in my high school career because I wanted to try and make an athletic career in college. Unfortunately, due to a MCL tear in my knee it was a sign that my football career was coming to an end and it was time to hang up the cleats. I spoke with Samson Jagoras and Zack Whitmer, who were and still are my trainers and it was time for us to find another way that I could continue to compete and stay with my lifting. The clearest option was for me to take my past weightlifting experience and turn that into more Power lifting techniques and start competing and training for power lifting competitions. It was at that time where I made Pursuit my new home and my family.

After some time of training, hard work, and recovery in the gym, Zack had approached me with an opportunity that I could not resist. He knew that I was going into the Exercise Science field at school and he saw the potential in me to become an intern for the gym and later become part of the amazing, talented, and unique coaching staff. A month of shadowing, cleaning, and studying had past and I finally heard “Alright lil bro, your time has come and you’re ready to take on your own classes.” Ever since then I have continued to grow as a coach and as an individual while being on staff and it has given me the chance to make relationships with amazing people who come from all sorts of different backgrounds.

I am currently a student at the University of Northern Colorado studying Exercise Science. My college education started at Colorado Mesa University for my freshman year, transferred to Front Range Community College for my sophomore year, and lastly transferred to UNC in Greeley, Colorado where I am planning graduate and achieve my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I take my academics very seriously and am always working hard at it. I just recently got nominated to join the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, a program that only 10% of eligible students are nominated into and requires a 3.0 or higher GPA. My overall goal is to be an Occupational Therapist for the younger population, helping them with their recoveries and health getting them back to where they need to be and crushing their goals.
