Our Vision
When we opened our doors in 2017 we had one focus: Create a better fitness business model that better serve our clients with training and nutrition & prioritize the coaches and trainers. The result would be better results for clients and happier trainers who made more money than they could in any other gym model. Needless to say our plan has worked. We have an ever growing staff, we are expanding our foot print each year as our revenue continues to climb, and we are now moving into multiple locations.
Who You Are
Are you a high energy and passionate fitness professional who has a degree and/or certification? Then we want to meet you.
If you are new to the industry, but you are passionate about health and fitness, and you would like to start a career then we have a place for you as well.
We have 4 coaching levels:
- Intern
- Beginner
- Advanced
- Expert
We have a place on our team for Private Trainers and/or Group Fitness Instructors (Coaches)
Earning Potential
The reason our trainers make 2x the industry average is, we pay the lion share of all private training $$$ to our PTs, we have developed a system that delivers on transformation (training + Nutrition + Hormone Balance), we invest in marketing, events and community engagement that drive higher ticket clients, and we have developed a system for trainers to build their own book of business within the Pursuit Ecosystem.
All of of Personal Trainers/Coaches are employees and we do not sublease or hire 1099 contractors because we know the Pursuit way works.
